We offer Adult Ballet, Progressive Ballet Technique, Contemporary, Commercial, Tap and Jazz for all ages and Levels. Meet like minded people whilst doing something you will enjoy.

Adult Jazz
Our Adult Jazz class is the perfect way to get moving, have fun and enjoy dancing in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you're returning to dance or trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome!
Classes combine jazz technique with exciting routines inspired by musical theatre, commercial and funk, giving you the chance to develop strength, flexibility, kicks, leaps and performance skills while building confidence and finding your groove.
Come along, learn something new, meet other dancers and enjoy an energetic 45-minute class designed to leave you feeling great!

Adult Tap Dance Classes in Sarisbury Green
Adult Tap
Adult Tap dance classes are a fun and enjoyable way to keep fit. We have a Thursday Tap, which is perfect if you are new to tap or have done some tap before. Our Monday night is for those confident tapper and simply want to Tap dance because you love it. Tap is a full-body cardio workout, but the legs do the bulk of the work helping you tone your legs and hips as well as strengthen your body.

Adult Ballet & Progressive Ballet Technique
Rediscover your love of dance with our welcoming Adult Ballet and Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) classes. Whether you're completely new to ballet or returning to something you enjoyed years ago, both classes are open level and focused on developing strength, technique and confidence while enjoying the movement of ballet.
Our Adult Ballet class explores the fundamentals of classical ballet, helping you develop your understanding of ballet steps and technique in a relaxed, supportive environment. Ballet is fantastic for improving posture, balance, flexibility, strength and muscle tone.
Progressive Ballet Technique complements your ballet training by using targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles needed for ballet technique, improve core stability, flexibility and body awareness. Together, the two classes make a fantastic combination helping you build the strength and control needed to get more from your ballet work.
